PuraEx Shipping Terms & Conditions :
Shipments handled by PuraEx Private Limited are subject to the following conditions:
- The PuraEx Airway Bill is non-negotiable and
acknowledges that the shipment is handled at the shipper’s risk.
- The shipper is responsible for appropriate
packaging to safeguard the contents during transportation.
- The complete address, including the consignee’s
PIN code and contact number, is required for timely delivery.
- Shipments are delivered only to the named
consignee or their authorized representative.
- Shipments are not insured and are transported
entirely at the sender’s risk.
- Any government duties, state taxes, or
additional fees applicable to the shipment must be paid by the consignee upon
delivery. If unpaid, the shipper assumes liability for these charges.
- PuraEx reserves the right to hold or dispose of
shipments if dues remain unpaid, including freight, duties, taxes, and other
charges.
- The shipper must provide necessary
documentation (such as invoices, gate passes, tax forms, etc.) to facilitate
smooth clearance and avoid delays.
- PuraEx is not liable for delays or damages
caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents,
riots, political disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any claims for loss or damage must be filed in
writing within 30 days of shipment acceptance.
- Liability Limitation: PuraEx’s liability for
loss or damage to shipments is limited to ₹100 per shipment or the cost of
reconstruction, whichever is lower.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes and claims fall
under the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
Changes to the PuraEx Website
PuraEx reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content from its website at any
time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on the PuraEx Website is the intellectual property of PuraEx and is
protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use of website
elements is prohibited.
